<Important Notes on Ticket Reservations>

- Tickets for SPAF 2026 can be purchased at Interpark Ticket, the Global Interpark, the National Theater of Korea, ARKO Arts Theater & Daehakro Arts Theater website depending on the performance.
- The discount rate may vary by performance, so please refer to the applicable discount rate when making a reservation.
- Only one discount can be applied per reservation. Those who claim a discount must carry a physical ID or document (personal ID, student ID, welfare card, paid ticket for previous SPAF performance) that can prove their eligibility on their persons on the day of the performance.
- For reservation cancellation and refund inquiries, please contact the ticket seller you purchased your ticket from.
- Ticket transactions (sale, transfer, exchange, etc.) between individuals that don't go through the official ticket office are prohibited. In addition, the festival and the venues are not responsible for any issues that arise from ticket purchases through unofficial channels.

<Admission Age>

- The admission age varies by performance, so please check before making a reservation.
- Changes, cancellations, and refunds due to not meeting admission age requirements are not permitted on the day of the performance.
- Admission age is calculated based on the international age reckoning system ("man-nai"). Please carry an ID or document that can prove your age (personal ID, passport, resident registration record card, etc.) on your person.

<Late Arrival>

- Admission is restricted after the start of the performance, so please enter the auditorium before the performance begins. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible due to late arrival.
- Whether late admission is allowed, and the timing of late admission if it is allowed, varies by performance. So, please follow the ushers' instructions.
- Note that admission will not be permitted after the designated time or if the performance is sold out and there are no late admission seats available.

<Ticket Office Hours & Ticket Collection>

- Ticket collection and ticket purchase are available from 1 hour prior to the start of the performance on the day of the performance at the respective venue.
- For all discounts, the eligibility is based on the category of each audience member. In order to collect discounted tickets, eligible persons must show up in person.
- If you do not bring proof of discount, you must pay the difference between the discounted price and the full ticket price in order to collect the tickets.
- Tickets once issued cannot be reissued, changed, canceled, or refunded, so please be careful not to lose or damage your tickets.

<Cancellations, Changes, or Refunds on the Day of the Performance>

- Terms and conditions for reservations and cancellations on the day of the performance vary by venue, so please contact the respective venue for details.
- Please note that, from 3 hours before the start of the performance, reserved tickets cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, and the type of discount applied to them cannot be changed.

<Transport and Parking>

- We advise visitors to use public transport as the parking is very limited at our venues. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted for reasons related to parking or traffic congestion.

<General Notes>

- Taking photos, videos, or sound recordings without prior approval is prohibited.
- Running times vary by performance and may change after the announcement of these. Please check the notices of respective performances when making a reservation.
