Khulood Basel and Bashar Murkus share some thoughts about their practice of making theater independently in the last ten years. Ideas crystallized during the artistic and production dialogue they engage in within their work process, which allows deep research to lead them to the artistic work. In their research, they are not concerned with finding the correct answers, but rather with finding skills to ask the right question. A method of work that not only creates a new play, but also allows them to think renewed about the humanitarian and political function of making theatre.
