The first part of the workshop begins with a personal exploration of movement, focusing on improvisation and the relationship between each individual's body and gravity. Participants discover their own unique rhythms through the interplay of motion and stillness, and engage in a process of deeply listening to those rhythms. By encouraging the use of senses other than sight, the workshop expands sensory awareness, leading to movement expressed through one's own body, the bodies of others, and their extensions.
In the second part, participants are paired up to engage in a dialogue of movement—reading, listening to, and negotiating with each other’s bodies to co-create motion.
The final part of the workshop shares the choreographic structure and creative process of the piece “1°C”, offering each participant the opportunity to experience their own unique creative expression.
